This practice covers the analysis of extracts of environmental samples for lead content using field-portable electroanalytical devices.
Formerly under the jurisdiction of Committee E06 on Performance of Buildings, this practice was withdrawn in February 2010 in accordance with section 10.5.3.1 of the Regulations Governing ASTM Technical Committees, which requires that standards shall be updated by the end of the eighth year since the last approval date.
1.1 This practice covers the analysis of extracts of environmental samples for lead content using field-portable electroanalytical devices.
1.2 Matrices of concern in this practice include paint, settled dust, soil, and air particulate.
