E18 Sensory Evaluation
Event Name: April 2019 Committee Week
Pre-registration requested to attend this meeting.

The Seminar on Subjectivity and Objectivity in Sensory Methods will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2019 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Sponsored by ASTM Committee E18 on Sensory Evaluation, the seminar will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel in Denver, CO, in conjunction with the April standards development meetings of the committee.

We all need a wide range of sensory methods to get answers to key project questions; choosing the right sensory method is fundamental. Thinking about methodology selection from an objective vs. subjective perspective could change your thinking about which method to choose. This seminar will be useful for both new and experienced sensory scientists, covering embodied perception and cognition, qualitative and quantitative, and consumer & analytical methods.
