Staff managers will be contacting committee leaders to plan alternatives for conducting committee business. For any committees that collected money for events, ASTM will work to issue refunds as necessary. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations.

A Workshop on Impact of Moisture in the Built Environment: Prevention, Evaluation, Response and Due Diligence will be held Thursday, April 30, 2015 8:00am - 5:00pm. Sponsored by ASTM Committees D22.08 on Sampling and Analysis of Mold and E50 on Environmental Assessment, Risk Management and Corrective Action, the workshop will be held at the Marriott Anaheim in Anaheim, CA, in conjunction with the April standards development meetings of the committees.
The workshop is designed to provide a platform for education and for the exchange of ideas and information on the issues surrounding moisture in buildings, highlight the ASTM standards that assist in the evaluation of and response to these conditions, identify areas where standards are needed and reach out to users and interested parties to bring awareness to how ASTM standards can help raise the bar for the prevention, evaluation, response and due diligence. Group rate will be honored until the ASTM block is full but no later than Wednesday, March 18, 2015. ASTM rates are $159 single/double plus taxes and fees (when calling directly you must mention ASTM to receive a group rate). You may be charged a higher rate if reservations are received after the cut-off date, or when the block is full.

PARKING: Parking is available for $24 self-parking and $28 valet parking with in and out privileges.
Attendees have the option to determine their dress at ASTM meetings. Business casual attire is acceptable at this meeting and appropriate for Anaheim. The average temperatures in April range from a high of 76 degrees to a low of 53 degrees.
