Dates: Monday June 29 2020
Location: Washington Marriott Wardman Park; Washington, DC
Event Name: D02 June 2020 Meeting
Abstracts for presentation are invited for the Workshop on Hydrogen Fuel Sampling and Analysis to be held Monday, June 29, 2020. This workshop is sponsored by ASTM Committee D03 on Gaseous Fuels and will be held at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park in Washington, DC, in conjunction with the June standards development meetings of the committee. Objective and Scope
Hydrogen is a fuel source for fuel cells in many areas of transportation; light duty passenger vehicles, medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles, as well as industrial trucks, and is getting more attention in rail and marine applications. As the hydrogen industry continues to grow, new research into fuel quality test methods and protocols is changing the industry. The goal of this workshop is to provide a forum for the exchange of information on hydrogen fuel quality sampling and analytical techniques and to establish new areas where collaborative activity under the ASTM International umbrella can better serve the user’s needs of this fuel through establishment of new or improvement of current ASTM standards.
