Soaps Committee Requests Papers for October Workshop
ASTM Committee D12 on Soaps and Other Detergents invites papers for an upcoming workshop: The Impact of Lower Energy and Water Trends on Household Cleaning. The program will be held Thursday, Oct. 7, during the Oct. 6-7 meetings of D12 in Washington, D.C. ASTM D12 is very happy to bring together key thought leaders to discuss how they are changing their products and test methods as a result of the lower energy and water trends, notes D12 Vice Chair Nodie M. Washington, Procter and Gamble, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Individuals interested in making a presentation should submit a title and abstract by June 1 via e-mail to Nodie Washington, workshop co-chair. Please include your company name and daytime phone number in your communication.
The workshops content is important for manufacturers and designers of washing machines, dishwashers, detergents, fabric care products, cleaning and fabric care technologies, apparel and textiles as well as testing institutes, consumer organizations, government agencies and others.
