The similarity in properties of the halogenated hydrocarbons used in cold cleaning allows the use of virtually one type of bulk storage facility. A general bulk storage installation is described in detail next. Slight modifications may be necessary for a specific solvent. Because of the vast number of possibilities, admixtures containing halogenated components cannot be treated in a general fashion, and it is assumed that these mixtures will be prepared by blending the components at the use point.
