    Abstract

    A. PURPOSE The purpose of this chapter is to provide general guidelines to mitigate the downwind effects of a plume of hydrogen chloride and chlorosilane by scrubbing as much of the vapor from the air as possible. This procedure can be used for any downwind plume whether visible or not.
