    Abstract

    Chromatography plays a very important role as an analytical tool in the analyses of a wide variety of petroleum and petrochemical feedstocks and products. This chapter provides a cursory overview on the fundamentals and application of chromatography to the analyses of gases, naphthas, distillates, and heavier boiling streams. A number of applications using current ASTM test methods are included.
