    Abstract

    ISO 1143:2010 and ISO 12107:2003 provide the three typical fatigue results used in uncertainty evaluation. These are (i) fatigue life at a predetermined stress, (ii) fatigue strength at a predetermined life, and (iii) the S-N curve. In this paper, the evaluation methods employed were for type A (those which are evaluated by the statistical method) and type B (those which are evaluated by other means). The application for the evaluation method was displayed by the example with testing data.
