    Rationale

    At the recent D01.46 committee meeting, concerns arose surrounding touching of the blasted substrate while preforming the test method. In a previous ballot, suggested text was added warning users not to touch the blasted substrate with a bare hand. At the meeting, there was consensus that this note should apply to all four methods, and not just to Method A. This ballot seeks to move the note from section 10.2.1 to 10.1.
