    Rationale

    Project 20-19-03. Add Practice F3328 references (One-Step method) to Practice D2885 (Two-Step method) for solvent cement joining of PVC & CPVC pipe and fittings. While D2855 has long referred to One-Step method joining, it lacks any reference to Practice F3328. Need to add references to F3328 so users know where to go for the One-Step method.
