    Rationale

    It has been noted that several D18.21 Standard Test Methods do not generate data, but instead mathematically manipulate data obtained from other tests to evaluate aquifer characteristics. This standard has been revised into a practice in accordance with the ASTM Style Manual (Blue Book). In addition, minor editorials corrections, caveat updates have been made.
