    During the November 12, 2019 Sequence VI Surveillance Panel Conference call, the panel agreed to not allow non-reference oil tests with viscosity grades of 0W-16 or greater to be conducted on a stand/engine combination after a 0W-12 or lower viscosity grade non-reference oil has been tested on that stand/engine. Section 6.2.1 has been revised to delineate this requirement. These revised text and or section(s) have been highlighted in red and are effective for tests starting on or after November 12, 2019.
