    Revise E399 Section 10.2.4 and Annex A8 to better reflect modern precracking methods. The reporting requirement in 10.2.4 and the precracking language in Annex A8 paras. A8.4.2 and A8.4.3 assumes a multi-stage load shedding procedure (constant load in each step) while precracking today is often done in one stage under K-control (Constant DK or Decreasing DK).
