    Rationale

    ASTM D8267-19 was approved as a new STM in July of 2019. This ballot revision includes a precision statement as the result of an ILS conducted Q2 0f 2019. This ballot includes technical revisions as supported by the ILS. Where applicable, comments received from the D02.04 (19-02) and the D02 (19-03) ballots are also addressed in this revision. Only these proposed method revisions identified by track changes are for ballot consideration; the entire method is provided for context only.
