    Rationale

With respect to the chemical requirements for UNS S32100 and S32109 (321 & 321H), the formula that determines Ti content is a function of C only. This is in conflict with A959 and inconsistent with other product standards such as A403 and A312, as the formula for Ti content in these standards includes N. This proposal will add N to the formula that determines the Ti content for these two grades.
