    Table 3 of the standard lists elongation requirements when specimen orientation is in either the longitudinal or the transverse orientation. It is proposed to insert a paragraph in the Tensile Properties section to clarify that testing in both the longitudinal and the transverse orientations is not required. Testing in one of the two orientations is satisfactory. This proposed change will clarify the requirement and be consistent with a similar standard; A234. In addition, add tensile test orientation to the Certification section.
