    Rationale

    The purpose of this revision is twofold, 1) non-technical method cleanup and unification (since the addition of Procedure C), and 2) to clarify in the Report section that the organic chloride content of the original crude oil sample is the end D4929 test result and not the organic chloride content of the naphtha fraction.
