    Rationale

    The corrugated profile wall PE pipe covered under F2306 is in many cases dual stamped to meet AASHTO M294. The AASHTO specification allows for a faster loading rate for the flattening test once the pipe stiffness has been determined at 5%. This revision incorporates the same optional rate increase for the flattening test as currently in AASHTO M294.
