Purpose
This joint magazine serves to expedite scientific and technical exchange of information on standards between CAS and ASTM members. This joint magazine is especially designed to help CAS members obtain accurate, timely, and valuable information on ASTM standards and pertinent American scientific and technical activities that will benefit their professional development.
This magazine serves as a bridge to facilitate American and Chinese educational institutions, research organizations, and industrial companies to make direct contact with one another so that they can pursue valuable educations, research, and business opportunities independently.
Over 20,000 copies are circulated to CAS members in scientific institutions, enterprises, government, educational institutions, and specialized technical organizations.

Translation Services
The advertising rate includes the cost of translating your ad and advertorial copy into Chinese. Also, layout (according to your instructions) and digital proofs will be done at ASTM. ASTM does employ a Chinese consultant who oversees the copy in the magazine to ensure its correctness.
Agency Commission
ASTM will not grant agency commission for this publication. However, if an agency submits negatives or positives translated and typeset in Chinese, commission will be granted.
