Analytical Chemistry Standards
ASTM's analytical chemistry standards are instrumental primarily in chemical analysis of various metals, alloys, and ores. These analytical chemistry standards present various test methods and techniques in determining the chemical composition of alloys and ores which include molecular absorption spectrometry, X-ray emission spectrometry, optical emission vacuum spectrometry, atomic emission vacuum spectrometry, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, atomic absorption spectroscopy, spark atomic emission spectrometry, ultraviolet spectrometry, direct current plasma emission spectrometry, electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, gravimetry, and titrimetry.
