This practice describes a method for creating test targets containing varying percentages of area coverage for use in determining the yield of the supplies used by liquid and solid ink jet printers.
Formerly under the jurisdiction of Committee F05 on Business Imaging Products, this practice was withdrawn in May 2016 in accordance with section 10.6.3 of the Regulations Governing ASTM Technical Committees, which requires that standards shall be updated by the end of the eighth year since the last approval date.
