The molding compounds shall conform to the requirements specified. Tests shall be performed to determine the properties of the material in accordance with the following test methods: bulk factor; specific gravity; water absorption; impact resistance; flexural strength; deflection temperature; dielectric strength; permittivity and dissipation factor; arc resistance; shrinkage; and comparative tracking index.
