1. Scope
1.1 This test method identifies a cationic slow-setting (CSS) grade of emulsified asphalts if the results of the particle charge test are inconclusive.
1.2 The values stated in either SI or inch-pound units are to be regarded as the standard. The values given in parentheses are for information only.
