Significance and Use
These test methods are used to determine the basicity of leather when used in accordance with Test Method D4654.
1. Scope
1.1 These test methods are intended for use in determining the total, neutral, and combined acid sulfate in mineral-tanned leather.
1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.
