Withdrawn Rationale:
This specification covered sintered Powder Metal (P/M) structural parts of substantially pure copper of two types depending on density. It is anticipated that the parts will be used in applications where high electrical conductivity is required.
Formerly under the jurisdiction of Committee B09 on Metal Powders and Metal Powder Products, this specification was withdrawn in February 2010 in accordance with subsection 10.5.3.1 of the Regulations Governing ASTM Technical Committees, which requires that standards shall be updated by the end of the eighth year since the last approval date.
