ASTM B116

This specification deals with figure-9 deep-section grooved and figure-8 copper trolley wire for use in industrial haulage. The material shall conform to the required tensile properties: tensile strength and elongation. Tension tests shall be made. However, elongation tests shall not be made on specimens containing joints. The electrical resistivity shall be determined by resistance measurements.
