ABOUT THE EVENT
The Thermal Analysis Forum of Delaware Valley (TAFDV) Symposium/ASTM E37 Workshop on Thermal Analysis Methods applied to Kinetics, Failure Analysis, and Service Lifetime Prediction will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at NIST Gaithersburg, MD.
The symposium will focus on different thermal analytical methods towards predicting lifetime or understanding why a material failed. A full day of talks is planned and there will be concurrent vendor and poster exhibits.
Associated with the symposium will be:
- On Wednesday, September 25th, ASTM Committee E37 on Thermal Measurements will meet at NIST.
- On Friday September 27th, there will be a UL meeting at NIST.
Although registration is free for each of the above events, you must register through the NIST portal. Online registration closes September 6, 2013. No onsite registration will be possible though there will be an onsite check-in.

The NIST portal requires independent registration for each activity: ASTM E37 meeting, TAFDV/ASTM symposium and UL meeting. Please print out your pass, you will need it to get onto the NIST grounds.
