| Bulgaria Signs MOU with ASTM International
The national standards body of Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Institute for Standardization (BDS), has signed a memorandum of understanding with ASTM International. The MOU with BDS is the latest in a series signed between ASTM and national standards bodies around the world. The purpose of the memorandums is to strengthen the relationship between ASTM and signatories in developing countries and allow ASTM to assist those countries national standards bodies in their standards development and adoption efforts. //
