| A six-member delegation from the Shanghai Institute of Standardization (SIS) and the Shanghai Bureau of Technical Supervision (SMBQTS) led by Yang Jie Ming, vice director of SIS, visited ASTM Headquarters for two days of consultations with ASTM staff in May. The purpose of their visit was to discuss and expand upon the Cooperation Agreement signed between SIS and ASTM International in 2003.
