| Electronics Subcommittee Undergoes Name Change to Reflect Nuclear Activities
ASTM International Subcommittee F01.11 has recently changed its name from Quality and Hardness Assurance to Nuclear and Space Radiation Effect. The subcommittee is under the jurisdiction of ASTM International Committee F01 on Electronics.
Subcommittee F01.11 has recently completed a major revision on F 1892, Guide for Ionizing Radiation (Total Dose) Effects Testing of Semiconductor Devices, and has some revisions of other standards in progress. The subcommittee invites interested parties to attend its next meeting at the June Committee Week in Reno, Nev. //
