Provide your qualifications to add credibility to the publication. Indicate if you will be the author or editor soliciting chapters from other experts. - Scope
Explain the topic, purpose, and uniqueness
of your idea. - Table of Contents
List topics covered and organization of material. - Schedule
Estimate the start up and completion dates. - Project Details
Estimate the number of double-spaced pages, tables, line drawings, and photographs. - Special Features
Describe any special format or production needs essential for the project, e.g., extensive mathematical equations, color, inclusion of software, etc. - Best Format
Indicate the preferred format: print, software, online. - Marketability
Explain what unique approach or content makes your idea appealing to others. - Audience
