Provide your qualifications to add credibility to the publication. Indicate if you will be the author or editor soliciting chapters from other experts.
- Scope
Explain the topic, purpose, and uniqueness
of your idea.

List topics covered and organization of material.

Estimate the start up and completion dates.

Estimate the number of double-spaced pages, tables, line drawings, and photographs.
