The William F. Hulse Award was established in 1996 by ASTM International Committee F08 on Sports Equipment and Facilities to recognize outstanding contributions to maintain and support the establishment of voluntary full-consensus standards to enhance the safety of organized and individual sport. The award is intended to recognize individuals or organizations that best exemplify the example demonstrated by the life and career of William F. Hulse.
Form of Award:
The William F. Hulse Memorial Award will be presented annually as nominations warrant. The nominee need not be an ASTM member.
