Robert J. Taylor Award - Guidelines

    ROBERT J. TAYLOR AWARD

    The Robert J. Taylor Award was established in 1989 to honor Robert J. Taylor, the first Chairman of Committee F25.

    The award is granted to a company which has demonstrated and maintained a strong commitment with positive results in developing, producing, and using ASTM shipbuilding standards through leadership, service, and/or use of company facilities and personnel and through the adoption and use of these standards in ship design, production, and procurement.

    FORM OF THE AWARD

    The Award shall consist of a suitable plaque whose associated costs shall be paid from the Committee F25 fund. The plaque shall contain engraved wording substantially as follows:
