John L. Hague Award


Established in 1982 by Committee E16 on Sampling and Analysis of Metal-Bearing Ores and Related Materials, this award is given in recognition of its first chairman for significant and technical contributions relative to the initiation, preparation or development of standards for testing ores. This award is administered by Committee E01 on Analytical Chemistry for Metals, Ores, and Related Materials.

Limitation(s): The John L. Hague Award is presented not more frequently than once a year. If in the opinion of the Awards Subcommittee, no person is worthy of the award, none shall be given that year.
