Frank E. Richart Award

Presented not more often than once in three years to a member or committee member of the Society who has made notable contributions to the work of the Society in the field of concrete and concrete aggregates. The award was established in 1953 and is administered by ASTM International Committee C09 on Concrete and Concrete Aggregates.
