Committee F37 Daniel A. Schultz Award
Baseline Citation: For significant and outstanding contributions to global standardization by a member of the Light Sport Aircraft community.
General Selection Criteria: The highest recognized F37 Committee Award given to persons who have demonstrated a long time devotion to standards development in support of light sport aircraft. This does not necessarily have to be contained to the work on the committee; thus it can be a non-member. Successful candidates have served on numerous taskforces in industry (leading many); may have served on F37 subcommittees, often leading one of these or providing significant contributions; provided leadership in the administration of the committee; offered assistance in regulatory cooperation and guidance with respect to standardization. These persons usually will have received other awards from the industry or committee for outstanding performance. [5 – 10+ years of continuous and faithful service to the work of the committee]
