Anthony DeBellis Award

The award was established in 1988 in memory of Anthony DeBellis. He was an active participating member and officer of committee E28 on Mechanical Testing, Subcommittee E28.06 on Indentation Hardness Testing, and USA representative to ISO/TC164/SC3 on Hardness.
