Abstract

The massive technology generated by the aerospace industry has borrowed heavily from previous commercial knowledge. This new technology has added greatly to all fields of endeavor. Some of these areas of the greatest immediate gain are instrumentation, data aquisition and retrieval, and some areas of testing such as vibration, acoustics, etc.
