Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to summarize certain trends in the important properties of the principal volatile liquid fuels manufactured from petroleum and to discuss the reasons for the most probable changes which will occur, particularly during the next decade, and which will necessitate the development or revision of standardized tests and specifications.
