Abstract

Analyses for cement content are requested frequently by those who have encountered concrete that has shown low strength or other improper performance. Although such requests may often be poor substitutes for the far better “Determine why this concrete performed badly,” there are many occasions when a knowledge of the cement factor is desirable.
