Abstract

Odor test chambers are used either for evaluation of odor-reducing devices, or to provide odor-free environments in which a jury can measure the odors of materials, products, or foods. It is important to consider the factors that determine the changing and equilibrium concentrations of odorous vapors in such chambers.
