Abstract

Since our primary objective is to aid ASTM, a review was made of the materials evaluated by ASTM. It was found that these materials could be roughly classified into ten major groups (Table 1). Then the characteristics of these materials were grouped as stimuli opposite the receptor they affect (Table 2).
