Abstract

This method describes an engine test procedure for evaluation the rusting and corrosion inhibition characteristics of motor oil. Information Letters are periodically published jointly by the ASTM Test Monitoring Center (Appendix A.1) and GMRES (Appendix A.2) to provide additional new information pertaining to the test procedure.
