The yield strength increase has relatively high scatter because of surface anomaly of the specimens. The transition temperature shifts of the weld metals for Units 1 and 2 and for Units 3 and 4 are the same. Valid RTIc could be determined only on weld metal specimens. The dose rate was not found to have any effect on the hardness.
