Abstract

A simple but powerful method is presented for the computer generation of equivalent circuits using CAE/CAD software. The effect is shown of various component values, of the relative separation of component values, and of the frequency range. A comparison is made of Nyquist plots for Voigt, Maxwell, and Ladder equivalent circuits.
