Novel Quantitative Polymer Analysis Through Computerized Infrared Spectroscopy

Source

Infrared quantitative analysis of synthetic polymers can be improved in convenience, speed, and precision by the use of computer methods. Examples are given of applications using dispersive and Fourier transform spectrometers and a near-infrared analyser. Measurements include transmittance, specular and diffuse reflectance, and photo-acoustic spectra.
