Abstract

In June of 1991, The State of Indiana implemented posting of lawns to which pesticides had been commercially applied. Implementation of the regulation provided a unique opportunity to track the attitudes and practices of individuals involved in the lawn care industry through a period of public policy change. This study reports the results of a survey which established a baseline of data for use in determining future changes in attitudes and practices.
