    Abstract

    A maintenance planning system is under development in Belgium. It uses the longitudinal evenness, the rut depth, the skid resistance and the bearing capacity as road qualities. Visual inspection is also carried out. The different prediction models are given, and all the individual intervention threshold values. The overlay design is based on the deflection measurement and the damage factor, derived from the visual inspection.
