Abstract

Results from measurements performed with the PTB Bonner sphere spectrometer are reported in order to illustrate the capability of the instrument to accurately determine neutron fluence in cases where enough a priori information is available. An example is then given where the a priori information is very limited or even nonexistent, and for such cases the limitations of the method are shown.
